A fish in a dish

I fell in love right away when I first used this Le Creuset shallow casserole dish. All flavours are trapped and mingled in this heavy duty cast iron, the flavours can run but cannot escape.

This is cookwithemily’s way of ‘steaming fish’. Firstly, I do not have a wok that is big enough. Secondly, I do not like to halve the fish as it will affect the texture.
